Once your GriotBook is created, we keep the file on our secured datablase for easier reprinting of your files. We understand that as time goes on, other family members may surface with some new family information, and for that reason we save files to allow you to work on them for as long as you like.  After approximately 1 year of inactivity, we do a little "housekeeping" and we may contact you to see if you still want to keep your order in our system. If not, we will clear your data from our system to make room for others.
