Whether you are buying this for yourself or as a gift, we hope it provides a meaningful experience for you and your lineage.

It is nothing short of a phenomenon that the Ancestors would drop the idea of a GriotBook on a 4X Author who is also the owner and operator of a publishing company since 2007. The GriotBook family wanted to bring the Ancient Artistry of Village Story telling back to the forefront, recreating the spirit of the Griot whose main job was to keep the history of the village.  Now let the Journey begin......

Just to be clear on what a Foster Parent is:
A foster-parent is a person who acts as parent and guardian for a child in place of the child's natural parents but without legally adopting the child
<freedictionary.com>

Now that we are clear:
The definition is provided to give you an idea of what a Foster Parent is, and the difference between them and a biological parent.  Foster Parents may or may not have any information about your famly history unless it is a small town and they grew up with your parents.  It is a good idea to  interview them to see how much they know if anything.

We provide an extensive interview list for you to ask your Foster Parent if they know/knew your biological parents.   This interview checklist can be found in the Family Historian Center and the Authorized Griot Center.

Now, Have fun interviewing your Foster Parents.
