Griotbooks.com:Review Author's Copy

Each GriotBook order comes with a FREE PDF proof for your approval. This pdf proof comes with a water mark unless you are receiving files for an ebook. You can request to receive a pre-copy of your book called the Author's copy. An *Author's Copy is an actual copy of your GriotBook that is shipped to you via UPS Next Day Air.

Your account must be paid in full in order to request an Author's copy. These copies are designed for the Author to view his/her GriotBook one last time before the remaining copies are made. The Author's copy count towards the remaining Griotbooks, so if you order 10 books, the final print will be for 9 (minus the one Author's copy).

Why do I need an Author's Copy?
It has been proven that mistakes in a manuscript can be easily picked out once it is in an actual copy of a book as opposed to checking for mistakes in a Word Document or PDF. We recommend that you obtain an Author's Copy so that you can review the contents right inside of the actual pages. Remember, once you sign off on your GriotBook, changes that are made AFTER the sign off will accrue additional charges.
