Ordering your GriotBook is the easy part, what we do after the ordering process is where things get technical. Because we are serious about keeping your Family's History safe, it is important that you read and agree to the terms and conditions of becoming a GriotBook Client. 

This website is designed to be informative so that you truly understand who we are and how we plan to produce for you an awesome Family Heirloom Book. Take the time to navigate through this site. Also, we recommend that you visit our FAQ's page for any questions that you may have.

After viewing the covers that we offer, stop over at the pricing page to get an idea of your potential GriotBook cost.  Although we are unable to give you an accurate pricing for your GriotBook, the prices are pretty solid UNLESS you make changes such as adding more colored images, adding more pages than those that are included in each package, specialty covers instead of the basic covers that we offer, personal covers, etc.

After deciding on which GriotBook you are purchasing, click the "order now" button. You will navigate to our secured billing and store website where you will place the initial order. Using this method requires you to pay the full price of the GriotBook that you are ordering.  Please keep in mind that if changes are made during the creating of your GriotBook, the price will be recalculated and either added or subtracted from your purchasing price. For example: if your GriotBook turns out to be 90 pages instead of 100, you will receive credit for the 10 pages that you will not use.

We offer an easy pay plan to help those who cannot afford the full price all at once. The payments are broken into increments not greater than 3 , and a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to enter this program. Visit the Easy Pay page for more details. You will also place your order from this page as well.

Once you have chosen your GriotBook package, proceed to the checkout page.  There you will enter your billing  information. This will also create for you an account so that you can do other stuff like make payments, order additional services, contact us for questions and more. We use PayPal as our payment processor.

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email with important information such as account information and your unique Gcode.  Please allow up to 12 hours to receive this email.  Sometimes it takes a while to generate the code and get it to you.  If you just can't wait, please contact us 2 888.600.2011 and we will expedite your email.
