After you've looked through the entire manuscript and cover, you've got to determine if the proof is OK or not. If you reject the proof and GriotBooks.com made the mistake(s), let us know in an email what we need to correct; we will fix it on our end and send you new files to look over. If you reject it and YOU made the mistake(s), edit and correct the file that is wrong and send us the revised PDF files. 3 pages or less we will switch out for free if corrected pages are sent BEFORE the signoff. Remember, any files that have to be changed AFTER you signed off on it giving us the approval to print your Griotbook will access a fee. Don't forget to order an Author's Copy or a printed proof of your book to check for additional errors.
Note that even after you signoff on your proof and you find an error, as long as it's OUR mistake, we'll fix it for free in your next reorder.
